How accurate are the valuations?

Jewel ID uses AI to provide estimated valuations based on visual analysis. These are estimates only and should not be considered professional appraisals. For accurate valuations, please consult a certified jeweler or appraiser.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Select Jewel ID and tap "Cancel Subscription".

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the Jewel ID app, go to the Paywall screen, and tap the "Restore Purchases" button.

Are my photos stored on your servers?

No. Photos are sent to the AI service for analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers. Items saved to your vault are stored locally on your device.
